Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien amount was not withdrawable

My loan amount had transferred to my kotak account. Total amount he transferred was ₹88, 263. But only ₹75, 696.50 was updated as my account balance. Remaining ₹12, 566.50 was updated as my lien and i am not able to withdraw that amount. Please help me with this.
