Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited — charges during moratorium - covid-19 situation

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring your kind attention regarding the rude behavior and wrong bouncing charges without my fault by kotak mahindra bank where my personal loan no. Spln[protected] is running since nov 2016 and i have paid all my emis on time till mar 2020 and once rbi has announced for moratorium facility for mar-may and then it was extended to jun-aug... So i have applied for the same for the month of apr and may and they have approved it but still they presented the ecs into my kotak account and a bounce charge of rs. 750+gst has been charged by standard chartered bank into my account.
Later once i have applied the moratorium for jun-aug they completely rejected the moratorium saying "banks have their own policy... We cannot follow the rbi only"... Thereafter they deducted the emi for jun from my kotak bank account but still in the month of jun they have presented and bounced 04 emi in same month and stanc has charged me rs. 3000+gst for ecs retd... And later i came to know that the moratorium for jun month has been approved and they have the extra balance in my account and i can either take refund or can be adjust next month emi so i told to adjust with next month emi but they again presented 02 ecs in jul and i have been charged rs. 1500+ gst by both the banks... Then in the month of aug i have paid my ecs in advance on 13 aug 2020 and ask to stop the ecs... I have received the confirmation as well for the same but again 02 ecs has been bounced into my account and rs. 1500+gst charged by both the banks.
Now i just want to inform you sir/madam... That i am getting a deducted salary @20% since apr - oct and may be till march 2020... I have not paid the school fee of my child till the date but paid the emi on time but what benefit i received in this covid-19 situation from this kotak mahindra bank... A extra interest of around rs. 7, 000+ extended emi for 03 months + extra bounce charges of rs. 13, 500 without my fault.
If other banks provided a moratorium facility for 05-06 to their customers then why not by kotak mahindra bank.. Is the rules by rbi/govt. Of india is not applicable on kotak?
I have requested to the customer care at kotak mahindra bank to refund these charges, even written to the higher authority as well but everyone has refused and teaching me about rules regulation of bank... It looks like rules and regulation is applicable to the individual person only and not for banks what rbi and govt. Of india provided the relaxation to the public.

Therefore requesting you to kindly look into this matter help me... Need your justice here... Even i am not the single person in this situation... There are thousands of people who are suffering by this enforcement by banks even in this covid-19 situation.
