Don't buy any loan from kotak mahindra bank, pune — against personal loan
Don't buy any loan from kotak mahindra bank.
When the loan apply time, the kotak bank team committed lowest interest rate but after disbursed the loan amount they charging the highest interest rate.
And when we concern on the issue with customer care, they are not responding or resolved the issue.
Crn 65243597
E. G. Bank committed to charge roi rate 11.49%
But after disabused the loan amount in the bank they charged roi rate 13%.
As i recommend to all of you
Don’t buy any loan from below team

Don't know why bank giving BAD service. It’s a really irritating service.

I had already emailed at service.[protected]@kotak.com with attached email communication of rate of interest on dated 07-Dec-2016 And emailed many reminders also on same issue but still no updates received.
Don't know why bank giving BAD service. It’s a really irritating service.
