Kotak Mahindra Bank — Loan against credit card not disbursed | |
The issue that I have experienced was: I had loan against credit card option for which I applied on 17th Oct but still the amount has not been disbursed in kotak savings account, when I called the kotak customer care they are telling me that when I had applied for loan against card I had put some wrong code and hence the amount was not disbursed but let me tell you something that when I applied online the only option I had was to put the amount and tenure details, there was no code or anything so how can the customer care executive say that I had put the wrong code, she told me that I will cancel the application and process a fresh request for the loan against card and she did that on 21 Oct 2020 but still the amount has not been disbursed, firstly it was a fault from your backend and why do I have to suffer for that and if it's a pre approved loan then why is it taking so much time to disburse in my kotak savings account It occurred on: 17/10/2020 Immediately Transfer the funds in my account as it was an error from their end otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
