Kotak Mahindra Bank — loan issue / request

Hi,

My name is walter xavier mailing you about an issue i'm going through.
I have taken a personal loan with kotak mahindra for 11 lakhs for a period of 5 years emi. Everything was all fine without any issues and now i have paid roughly about of 3 years.in the month of jan 2019 i lost my job and eversince then everything changed. I somehow was able to pay til this november. After that i tried all my sources and was not able to arrange cash for emi for december. Had a lot of phone calls with lot of people from kotak mahindra they would only harrase ask me to pay the emi. I also told them that i would not be able to pay the full amount and i requested them to give me a waiver and to give me an option to change the amount into new emis so that the amount every month for emi reduces which would reduce my burden. The person who called me to pay the emi for the month of dec needs to be paid after which they can change the emis. The person who spoke to me said he will email the correct team and they will process the request of the emis. He said if i do not pay the cash for decemeber month they will take legal action. Today i went to the bank myself to explain my situation but they said they cannot help and asked me to call another manager who would be able to check. After speaking and explaining my situation with that manager he said he cannot do anything and the only option is to pay full. Now i do not have a job and i also went through a stroke and lost my memory partly. Really need help in this. Thanks.

Nobody has reverted back. I also spoke to Kotak people in the 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I also asked them to give me a settlement but I haven't received any email. Everytime a new person calls and I have to go through the entire situation but nothing happens. Need help.
