Worst response from representatives. They call us back "N" number of times while in the process of collecting the documents for loans. But once collected and sanctioned, they will never bother about the customer. My loan agreement has been sanctioned on 15th of feb 2017. Till now i have not received the loan amount in my account. And my first EMI date is on 10th march which is nearing but loan amount is not received. This was the first and worst experience with KOTAK . I have been writing mails to the representative and contacting customer care from last 10 days, but untill now no action from their end which shows KOTAK has poor relationship with customers which may lead to lose customers if continued. Kindly resolve the issue and maintain good healthy relationship with customers. CRN number is[protected]. Hope the concern will be solved on immediate basis.
