Description :- I oblige and agree that there is delay in payment, however we have not tried avoiding any calls from the team. The above mentioned numbers are harassing us and abusing us, which includes Namratha and her Father who is old.
Also, the agent Nagaraj has threatened us informing that he will inform everyone in the locality I stay and inform Namratha to be fraud.
Kindly note, I being customer of kotak bank since 2016, have never made this mistake.
Messages are very vulger and harrasing someone in this condition is not going to fetch any thing.
I would request you to kindly take immediate action towards such associates.
