[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — mental harassment and deficiency in service from credit card collection department

I am totally harassed by CC Collection department of Kotak Mahindra Bank Mumbai.Though I'm in proper touch with them by phone as well as by WhatsApp chat and showed my positive intention towards settlement only after clarification to my queries by bank which is my right to know.I never received my CC statement by mail which was addressed by me they never bothered about it and keep saying that they have already sent it to my registered mail id .After getting frustrated with this mental torchering of continuous phone calling for payment at any time I asked them to first check my mail id then they realized that they have registered wrong mail id.I asked clarification about this negligence then they told me its my responsibility n I have to request them by mail to send me statement!!! I gave my mail id to Manisha on WhatsApp and told her to send me details as I need to check what charges they issued on my CC as initially they debited amount from my kotak savings acccount for cc payment without informing me .for all these issues already my husband approched their powai branch repetedly then each time they told to visit your home branch which wasn't possible for us due to shifting to other location in Mumbai as well as busiest schedule and these issues kept pending due to non cooperation of kotak bank. Now not only me and my husband they are continuously calling our old friends from that locality when they are busy with office work and in between meetings and very badly harassing them with very rude and bad language with continuous and repeated calls for whole days which is ruining their professional and personal life as well as damaging my social image and good relationship with my friends .Even my friend approached branch manager of kotak over there in Pune he told them to file FIR .As I repetedly told them that I'm in continuous touch with them and not even getting any clarification for my queries apart from this how can they go through my personal contacts without my permission???
I asked them written apology for all this unacceptable behavior but they denied it very rudly and denied to give any written clarification and only demanding money on the spot which is really very frustrating and ruining my as well as my family's personal life .
Kindly take some action earliest.

I don't know who mentioned it as resolved as I don't even know that people calling from kotak credit card department were genuinely working for them or fraud as they were not disclosed their employees id even after my repeated demand and not ready to give anything in writing by mail about amount of settlement they just ordered to come tomorrow along with cash told by them at Andheri office which is main branch of credit card department as told by them which is really doubtful!! Is this way of communication with customers??
