Hi, The concern team from kotak Ms. tanvi mehnta had contacted me for further reversal and till now i haven't received the reversal yet and she assured me further no more deduction will happen in account and i have received the 325rs of subsidy of LPG gas that also has been deducted from the account dont know more how much kotak people will put me in losses and i have promised tanvi mehta that i will converting in to NOVA account also till now 4000rs has been deducted from my account without reversal they has been closed the ticket also Service Request Number : SR#1-[protected].
