Kotak Mahindra Bank — Misleading Credit Card Joining Fee

I am extremely disappointed with the way Kotak Bank handled my credit card issuance. Despite my clear refusal and informing your representatives that I already hold other credit cards, I was repeatedly pressured into taking one. I was assured multiple times that there would be no joining fee.

However, my first bill now shows a joining fee of £750 plus 7885 GST, This is a clear case of misrepresentation and unethical practice.
I demand immediate reversal of these charges and written confirmation that no joining fee or related charges will ever be applied to my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman and relevant consumer protection authorities.
