Ci sumersingh dhansingh rajpurohit having prospsal no : 9762465 and clinet id : 67472761 like to inform you that i had received your gretting letter dated 28/12/2017 in which my name is wrongly printed and also i had not getted any information from your exceutive and also i had asked to pay the premium of rs.25000/- but they had made the policy of rs.50000/-
In this case i like to inform you that i donot want this policy from kotak bank i wanted to get my preimun back in my account.
The executive had never explain any features or any thing in the product. I had given a cheque to the m but they told they will explain the policy and and after that they will deduct the money from my account.
As please requested to help me in the matter.

The complaint regarding money which got debited without reason and no appropriate reason for that. To get conformation i just called customer care number which is in other language. I cannot able to select options what they said in call. Please help me
