[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — misuse of my credit card | |||
To whomsoever it may concern, My credit card was hacked a few days ago. I spoke to one the customer care people and got my card blocked. I even filled up the dispute form and mailed it in. Now, as its been blocked, i told the customer care person, i will not be paying the bill. Why i am still being charged for it and why hasn't any action been taken?
