I made a payment of inr 20858 to pay my credit card bill today i. E. 01/08/2017
The amount is debited from my account but not credited to the credit card.
Since morning i am making calls to the customer service center, all representatives are giving me different information.
The credit card department is pushing the issue to banking team & vice - versa.
I am doing the repeated procedure since morning to know the status of my money, but your representatives are playing with my time and patience & making a fool of me as i am contacting the wrong person.
The contact no. Is also chargeable which charged me around inr 250 since morning.
I want my money back asap, & expecting a proper response from bank. If i won't get proper response asap i will raise a complaint in consumer forum against the bank.
This is not happening for the first time, it happened with me many times before too, every time i have to wait for 15 working days for the refund
This bank is a fraud bank need to be closed as early as possible and i want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
