Kotak Mahindra Bank — money deducted from my 811 account

I tried to self fund 1000rs to my kotak 811 acc through my bank of india debit card on 19th dec 2017, my 1000 rs has been deducted bt is not reflecting in my kotak account, payment merchant is citrus and some error popped at the end if my transaction, plz look to this matter earliest.. Regards
