I have opened a salary account in kotak mahindra bank in the month of november' 2019. While opening the account, their executive assured me that it is a zero balance account and their is no charges if you don't keep any amount in the bank. After few months when i started depositing my salary in the account they charged me balance maintenance charges for 4 months which is around 2400/- even they have shift my account from salary account to saving account which is required to maintain 10000/- without my consent. After months of discussion on email they reversed 1500 amount for 3 months and remaining they deducted in the name of taxes. They didn't even provided me any passbook or cheque book. The person who opened our account misguided us and didn't provide any support or help after opening the account and making excuses all the time and at the end said that he can't do anything, you yourself have to contact through email. I request everyone please don't trust these looters.in the beginning they are very good to you, after opening the account they don't even respond your calls and if they receive they make excuses.
