[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Money got debited multiple time | |||
Last month because of some issue in network while paying restaurant bill money got deducted 4 times. I asked manager to give the transaction slip they told we are not able to get the failure but is network issue u will get ur money within 24 hours. I logged complain to the kotak customer care they told it will take 30 days if merchant is not claiming amount will be credited to ur account.. Today is 31st day i call them again they are telling it will take few more day not sure why this is huge process really it was lil huge amt and in this fast and furious world really waiting for 30 days it too much..
