Kotak Mahindra Bank — my account is closed but refund still not done

Dear sir,

I had opened an kotak 811 account in your bank previous year, my account details is mentioned below. Now my account was closed because of kyc not updated i have raised a compliant on 07.02.2019 and also visited kotak bank btm branch several times but still there is no proper response from your end

Request to kindly refund my balance amount to my home branch and do the needful.

Note: waiting since two months consider my mail on top priority.
