My name is akash prabhakar warulwar and my a/c no. [protected] and crn is no.[protected] my a/c balance is 27, 989.18 my address is gondia dist. Maharashtra but i did kyc in shravan chaukadi dist. Bharuch gujrat because of no branch in gondia because i do job in construction in bharuch dist. My account on 10/10/2019 i mistakenly freeze and now unfreeze me so i talked to costumer care. He told me go to banch so he unfreeze me local id proof so he tried to speak to manager sir so he was not there i took contact no. From there and talked after coming back, so tell me today, tell you tomorrow speaking on such excuses i call again costumer care so he told me you close your account and give cancel check of other bank that my entire money in 48 hrs will be credited to that account but he is also refusing to do that and my entire money is in that account. Diwali is coming and i don 't have money to spend anymore. So please help me sir and unfreeze my account
