Kotak Mahindra Bank — my account is zero balance account but still they charging and cutting my amount without any information

This bank is very fraud every time and every month they are cutting the charges.. When i open the account they said it’s a zero balance account but now they are cutting my amount without any information every month they cutting my amount 500 and above... M from hyderabad branch is sri nagar colony.. Same as charge for my wife account also 900/- rupees.. What is this noncence..
