Kotak Mahindra Bank — my debit account is freeze from past 2 months

Address:Kotak mahindra bank , sector 18 Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

After getting a message of account freeze and following all the necessary steps given by customer care and visited branch 3 times (Including hone branch) and submitted all required documents and a written application, the bank is not taking any action in this regard. Everytime i call customer care they assure me a solution within next 24 hours, home branch also gave me time of 7 days to unfreeze my account. And its already been 2 months now, please help
