Hi,
I have an account in kotak mahindra bank.
I got a text message at 29th march 2018 18:33, informing me that my account's mobile number and email id has been updated.
But, i did not give any request for that.
So, i immediately called customer care then customer service agent told me that those are updated by credit card team and transferred my call to credit card department to check with them.
But, the operator in credit card team told that these details are updated by phone banking team.
So, they transferred my call back to phone banking department. This call transfers happened multiple times, but they did not tell me who updated those details.
I suspect there is a fraudulent activity happening on my account in the bank.
I want to know how my personal information is updated without my consent. This is a serious security breach.
I want to get a response on this within 24 hrs.
If i do not get any satisfactory reply then i am going to raise complaint with banking ombudsman. Was this information helpful? |
