I have complained before also abut my credit refund and still i didn't receive the credit amount its been a week now i have talked to customer care also but still there is no action and response the said one week and its been one week
In my app it is still showing in minus credit and i have paid the amount wat is the procedure now should i have to go to court and sue the kotak bank or where i made the payment to anand hospitality
