Kotak Mahindra Bank — no cibil update even after full payment of loan

I had taken loan from citicorp finance around 10-12 years back and made full payment to the agent who is used to come and collect the money from us. I had kept all the payment receipts for 10+ years then destroyed them as it was now of no use to me. After 1+year of destroying my payment receipts all of a suddenly my cibil score just dropped even as i'm regularly taking consumer goods loans to purchase and paying them on time. So when i checked i found that kota manhindra bank's out standing amount is showing and damaging my cibil scores. So i called them on helpline they said that there is outstanding amount that i need to pay of loan but i never taken any loan from kota then they informed me that as they have taken over all the loan accounts of citicorp finance. Now i have to pay them. I informed them that i already paid it then why it is showing outstanding. They said that no i have to pay or need to show receipts of payment but that i destroyed few years back only i informed this to them. Then they said i need to pay then. I said no i will not as i already did. After that they keep calling me and after few month some of there representative called me and talked me in very abusive language also threatened me (Of which i have call recording also with me as evidence). After this once again some representative named mr. Banti lula called me and he was truly a gentleman he talked with me very politely & assured me that all my formalities will be properly fulfilled and done most of them also. And i made the full payment to the kota bank. But now i had made payment of my loan account and its been now 60+ days since the payment is been made. But my cibil status is not been updated till now. I have contacted them but no one is replying properly all are just giving same answer "we wish to confirm to you that your credentials and closure of your loan account bearing no.5835968 with the citicorp finance (India) limited., stands updated with “closed” status." call center says contact on email id which is "[protected]@kotak.com" and they just send email saying the above answer. I have also sent them the screenshots of my cibil report still showing my kota bank account with no updates.

Please help me out to get my cibil report get on track asap.
