[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Non reversal of fess which is falsely debited | |||
I worked in a company where I had a salary account of Kotak Bank. I resigned on 7aug. But the rule is that salary account converts to savings only after two months of last credited salary. this bank charged me ₹561for non-maintenance(for july month) of Minimum balance in Middle August only Even I had got my salary in that account on 1st AuG. When i complained I was told that this is a mistake and I'll geT it back. but I goT ot a single call tilldate. even the bank's manager gave me her direct cell no.. When I call her, she still says (after one month), that "Are sir. Aap kyu phone kar rahe hai . tension mat lo, hum kaam kar rahe hai iss par. Jaldi mil jayega.". I don't wrefUnd w. But i want a CHARGEBACK. SHOULD I CLAIM FOR THAT NOW? IF YES, WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT PROCEDURE... Was this information helpful? | |||

Even she SAID that NO NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN... WHAT IS THIS? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS BANK AT ALL. I JUST WANT IMMEDIATE CHARGEBACK. I WONT GO WITH A REFUND SOLUTION NOW...
