[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Not clear due which is settled

Dear Sir,
My car loan A/c No. CF8698091, kotak Mahindra prime ltd.
As discussed with representative we agreed to settle my dues on dated 24.02.2017 and paid to him on dated 25.02.2017 but till date bank is not clear my dues and no any response from bank.
Please find attached settlement letter.

Today ask my Atm card number from bank representative, he told me that charges will be pay to Rs. 20 please tell about that if it's fraud or not. The representative number is given below 9934915980

Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

There is no any response from bank after that bank EMI pending from Me 2 and represents my cheque to bank account if monthly EMI already cleared as per agreement date. In ever month we get message from your EMI not receive but already cleared EMI every 10, Every month cheque represents 2-3 time. This is third quality bank. No any friends for suggest for kotak mahindra bank.
