Kotak Mahindra Bank — Not deducting my home loan rate

This is to inform you that your are charging high home loan rate to me which is 11.10%.
I have taken a floting home loan which means you have to charge home loan rate according to rbi guide line. But you are not doing so. If bank does not deduct my home loan rate. Then i have to complain of your bank to gravience department of rbi.
