[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — not giving noc for credit card, personal and car loan though we have completed

We have used Kotak mahindra credit card and in 2017 they have give interest waver and we have paid remaining 25000 rs and my outstanding is 0 now, but finally they have blocked the card and not giving the NOC, and they linked this to the Car and personal loan account and not proving any NOC and had wasted so much time in customer care calls. Bad banking experience.
