Dear Sir, It's being 3 years of loan closed, but till date i have not received Noc for same, since the time i had been calling called parveen who had done my loan but now he is not picking call and he left kotak bank, for same i had called on customer care dated 29th apr 12.39pm Ms.Rucha and Hema 6th may 3.36 pm, but nothing happened, you are requested to please issue NOC as earliest.
