Hi,
I am fedup with the services of Kotak Mahindra Bank. I
have an account in Kotak Mahindra Bank from last 8-9
years. I have applied to re-issue by debit card on 25th
November 2016 and for Cheque Book on 30th November but
till date i did not receive it.
As my debit card got damaged and i have applied for it
and i have been given assurance by the bank staff that
i will get the delievery alongwith PIN within a week,
however neither i received my card nor able to contact
with the staff as helpline number is not working and
staff number is temporarily suspended.
I am a private employee, due to this demonetization i
have already taken my leaves to withdraw and deposit
cash and hardly left any leave with me to visit the
bank again.
Moreover, there is one branch in Manimajra, Chandigarh
who even did not allow to withdraw money using
withdrawl slip.
Mail have also been marked to them and got reply that
they will repond within 5 to 7 working days.
I have to make the admissions of children and i don't
have any medium available with me to pay the amount.
Moreover, i am not able to use my payTM account now.
Request you to kindly look into the matter.
