This is my another complaint with Kotak Mahindra credit card department, time and again they have been disappointing nd mentally harassing me a lot .I spent my hard earned money and did a trx of total 30 k plus in the last couple of days with my credit card .Time and again they are creating a lot of issues with the reward points of my credit card i have not received any reward points for these transactions, on top of that not received any response from the cc team .This is not acceptable we cnt waste our time calling and mailing kotak cust team all the time in between our work, their cust service team is totally illiterate and ignorant of any knowledge on credit card and its issues .I need my reward points asap rightaway, why should i use your card if I am not getting any benefit out of it .
