Kotak Mahindra Bank — not reverting my money

I was using the Netbanking services today and trying transfer amount to my friend and accidently it goes to one of My friend who was colleuge of my team. Now he is not working with my company and almost shutdown their Kotak Salary account. At the same time I called my friend and he almost return 8900 INR out of 10000 INR since my ex collegue let me know like most of the amount hold with the Kotak bank due to not maintaing min balance charges. I called customer care and they denied to pay my amount back in any case. Now I have only option to reach to Cosumer forum. I am really unhappy with the bank, like If bank do the mistake the same and they reverted the money from our account and if we do accidently and we can not get the money reverted in any case. What a cheater Kotak bank frauding us. I also called my CEO for this behaviour and they are also upset with them on this behiavior. Please contact bank and ask them to revert my amount in my banking account or any other mode if they unable to do the transfer amount directly. Please help. Thank you.
