Kotak Mahindra Bank — Opening Junior Account | |||
I visited Preet Vihar Branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank on 17 July 2021, to open a Junior Account, from the start of entering the bank it was an annoying experience.. The Guard at the entrance asked - Kya Kaam Hai.. as if I went there to roam around inside the bank.. Afterwards I was directed towards an executive - Preeti Chaubey .. A number of other executives tried to explain about different products available even before the account initiation.. I left the bank after depositing cheque & signing the form ( which the lady executive places marked for me to sign ) .. recalled within 1 hour to sign on some more places in the form which were not marked the first time.. After 1 week I contacted the same lady executive to know status of the account .. which she is unable to furnish..Any banks should not hire people who are not customer friendly.. Also since the day of my visit getting calls regarding different products from Kotak Mahindra Bank..I didn't like it.. I have a salary account with Kotak for last 12 years.. but the kind of services they are providing now a days seems of very low standard.. Was this information helpful? | |||
