Kotak Mahindra Bank — Overcharging in debit card | |||||
I had salary a/c in ing vysa bank but kotak take over ing vys so my salary a/c transferred to kotak, after some time they started charging for not maintaining balances in a/c so i don't keep balance in kotak a/c and i have a credit card of kotak . 0n 2nd oct. payment a/c was due and there was no balance, so they charged 500 + 75 fine auto debit failure, i complaint about it to credit card executive they said second time will not happen. in nov. againt on due date they fined 500+ 75 fine and i paid them by webpay, i got msg on 3rd for successful payment but againt on 5 nov. there was fine of 500+ 75 late payment. I have done major transaction from credit card on EMI OPTION but on 15th nov there was Intt. charged of 5 times total is around rs.500. I complained about this, i haven't got any response from bank side. But credit card side they are calling me again and again for payment. I have complained about this there is no response from bank side and my liability is increasing by day by day. i said i am paying my amount on time but what is actual liability, i will pay only that much becoz bank is over charging and i have complained about this, they are not responding and that is bank side problem, they are forcing me for full payment. [protected] I am going to bank kar kar dooma branch 8am I ma in the line till 16:30 pm they didn't receive my deposit they said you have to go home branch it's to long go to okhla the branch manager Mr Rakesh he is using abusing language with customer and staff also it's 2 time bad experience with me same brancha

I m talking about Vasant Kunj branch. These people are not giving service to middle class people, and have special entrance for higher class people. There was long queue of Aam janta. But they said we have problem in our system and then provide service to vip . Shut down this bank...frauders!!! Scammers!!!
