Pathetic Bank and pathetic customer service experience. The credit card customer support executive is so rude that he makes us feel that we are doing a big mistake by availing their service. After clearing all my credit card dues few months back, they still kept charging me for no reason. Upon questioning the same, according to the customer care executive, it was my mistake to clear the dues. They will keep LOOTING you as long as you stay as their customer. When I requested for cancellation of my card, they wants me to pay whatever they charged without even an explanation! PATHETIC SERVICE BY KOTAK. NEVER EVER FALL IN THEIR TRAP. THEY KEEP LOOTING YOU AS LONG AS YOU STAY AS THEIR CUSTOMER . PLEASE HAVE SOME COURTESY ON YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP LOOTING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY PLEASE . Was this information helpful? | |||
