Kotak Mahindra Bank — Pathetic service - shameless staff | |||
Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst when it comes to customer experience. The staff is so ill behaved and arrogant. Also the company is unethical in its practices. They charge you more than any other bank and pay very little heed to your complaints. Once you get trapped with them, you have no way out. Unlike other banks they don't care at all about your complaint. After pursuing with them for sometime, you get so pissed off with their behaviour that you decide to drop the matter to save yourself further harassment. But in the process the company gets away with your hard earned money and sub standard service. Avoid any connection with any Kotak group venture. Was this information helpful? | |||
