Kotak Mahindra Bank — pathetic services

Hi,

I was in a need o[censored]rgent cheque book. I open a services request for new cheque book which will take 8 working days to deliver but the detail which was provided was old one when open a account and i was out of india for 2 years. However i wanted some urgent cheque so visited near by branch office. But they refuse to give some emergency cheque. Now i am trying to call customer care from last 2 days wanted to inform them need to updated my correspondence address and contact number but call getting disconnected when its goes to customer officers.
