Kotak Mahindra Bank — payment done but not reflected in account | |||
Subject: complaint against rohit employ of kotak mahindera bank, vasant vihar brach new delhi This is to inform you that i sunil kumar customer of credit card holder kotak mahindra banka/c no :-[protected]. I made all the emi my outstanding amt of the credit card. I have emi letter with me, according that letter i paid all the amount on the right time. Rohit is a person who call me the payment every month and i paid all the amount in his account, unfortunately he is not paying my money in the credit card account. He did continuous last from 3 month, but i pay all the amt after that my account showing 22000/- outstanding. After doing mail on the kotak card customer, then only bank people call regarding the same issue, and right now even bank people also not attend my call and given the right and correct information regarding the same. Whatever proof they required from me. I gave all the proof on the mail. Bank people commit me for the resolve the case in 20 days. But still not get any update. As well as two person who are involve in my case:-1. Néeraj mitra:-[protected]. 2. Aarzo:-[protected]/[protected]. Right now both number are swith off.
