Kotak Mahindra Bank — Payment done by me merchant not responding and money is deducted from my bank account

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have already raised a complaint regarding my UPI transaction, but it has been more than 20 days and the issue is still not resolved. This delay is completely unacceptable.
The payment was made via Paytm to an individual account, and I strongly suspect this is a fraudulent transaction. I request you to treat this case as urgent fraud and take immediate action to trace and recover my funds.
Kindly escalate this matter to the concerned department and provide me with a clear update at the earliest. I cannot wait until the maximum resolution date, as the delay is causing me serious inconvenience and financial stress.
Please prioritize this case and resolve it as soon as possible.
