Kotak Mahindra Bank — payment not received at my paytm payments bank

Date of incident - 20/08/2018
Chq/ref no.[protected]
The amount of 1500 was deducted from my 811 kotak account but not till now added to my paytm account.
2 days passed but neither the money is added to my paytm payments bank account nor it will be added back to my kotak 811 account.
Before this transaction i have made more transactions but for it only it takes a lot of time to process please look for it and do something as soon as possibe.

I am facing the same issue., TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information.
