Kotak Mahindra Bank — Penalty charges reversal a/c# [protected]

Dear kotak

I just got call from branch manager, they told total money of penalty charges of 8, 000 will be deducted from my account its such painful, the bank treated me is unacceptable after 6 months they are telling finally i need to pay full amount of penalty charges, earlier they told 50% will reverted. And also now they are telling to maintain the limit which is 20, 000 i guess need to maintain, then every 3 months they will reverse something

If they could have told in the month of my request (March officially written mail) i could have consider

How can i trust, i am chasing for my single query since last 6 months, for every month reversal, just keep on chasing for next 5 years.

I need my money sir, bank have never told about the charges, they told its zero balance account.

I have sent many queries, i have not got any solution / process from kotak, just talking talking only since march which is almost 5 months

First of all i am not cheater for your bank, this is the way to treat your customer, i was thinking to open account & mutual fund to saving the tax for my wife. Thank god i have not taken that decision

Conversation with your kotak bank (Parul sharma)

They just told amount you need to pay the full penalty charges of some around 15000, after visiting many times kotak koramangala then they told only we can process of 50% for sai akshita account this is what i got the last word from parul sharma, after that no call no mail nothing, he is not even picking (Usually credit card / loan cheater only do this kind of activity. But here total opposit bank is doing)

I have requested to him which is 4 months ago, speak to your any senior and process the maximum close this complaint (Rest of the thing you can read my story below)

Last month, i was telling to parul sharma, i was thinking to write it on consumer complaint, before i write it on fb, he was casually telling wherever you complaint, that letter of complaint will come to my table only sir, i was just thinking samething i told him also, you are talking like a bad politician

I am a manager of my company, i am already busy with many thing i can not keep on chasing with kotak people, that doesnot matter to leave my hard earned money to bank, hence i have not cheated

Its really affecting my peace of my mind, need a full stop for this issue.

Ps: i have already stopped my company account from kotak bank because of this poor handling in customer care

I called many times to parul sharma, no body is picking my call from malviya nagar branch

I was walking in the garden your bank guys came and approached to take bank account with sweet coated talk, after many calls i have accepted to open my kotak account. They have not clarified for any penalty charges. Bank approached me in the positive manor, kotak bank will give free pvr tickets (Which i never got a single ticket), that discount this discount blah blah. I have opened rd account for my daughter. After some time i realized there are some many penalty charges going on i called immediately munna pandey (Who approached me to open) and told to stop the account or give the refund after that i was keep on travelling.

I try to contact kotak malviya nagar, they never pick up the phone, (I shown to your bank employee also) i have sent email on march 18th after so much struggle to get the email id. After that no response. I spoke to parul sharma for 3 to 4 times. After that
No response (Screenshot attached) while trying to call no body picks
