I have opened account since I was happy to know that the open the account at zero balance.when I successfully opened it, I didn't get any virtual debit card and any netbanking kit instead of this I kept faith on them, i transferred some amount in it. but when I want to send money to somewhere else it was asking for KYC. the official came 2 days after I opened the account and get the same done. he came nearly 2 days ago .till now my money is not transferring to anywhere. I am login in, again and again, .it is showing error all the time. its been 4 days my money is there on my bank account till now I am unable to send it to anywhere else want that everything the bank promises to the customers should be given to me as soon as possible
