Due to some reason my cibil got reduced. I told everything, while interacting with kotak bank customer care. My cibil is 693.. They told 400 is minimum in kotak so they can process and i have submitted my docs on 6th sep. After then i tried to find application with app no in net. Status is declined on 9th sep, however address verification is done afterwards only. Even. I asked executive he told it is under process. Still now i didnt get status. Executive number is switched off and customer care they are not helping with this. Many times i have called they are saying they will get the details and ll call back. But no calls. For requirment only we r applying loan. If it is approved or rejected it should convey to customer. No proper communication. Now kotak bank is in second place in pvt bank in india. But i didnt expect this type of response from you.
I hope after seeing this feedback u ll communicate the status.

I applied for a personal loan with kotak Mahindra bank and their request i have submitted all documents on 7th Dec 2017, and address verification also over with in 7 days but not updation from them, I called up around 3 contact number which i got calls for the same am mentioning the number below

These three number are not reachable, I contact one of the concerned today then he is asking some other documents and telling signature mismatch itseems, Its too pathetic that am waiting from last two weeks for a personal loan now they telling these quories an all,
I told them to process the loan and ask for the documents back and they telling that they already put their on seal signature on the documents which i submitted so can not give bank, Please understand i have put my signature on the documents which i submitted that also should have high valuable???
Kindly arrange to give bank my documents as soon as possible and please stop having fun with some others valuable time,
