This is in regard with the my Personal Loan - SPLN[protected] Customer name : Shilpa .V I have foreclosed the personal Loan i had with Kotak and got the NOC on 13th July from the bank . till date i have not got the refund of the Excess amount of EMI - amount of Rs.14101 I have reached customer care couple of times and every time they say it will be credited in next 24 hours . but till date that 24 hours has not yet come.
