Kotak Mahindra Bank — personal loan emi paid to kotak bank loan account. need to transfer in my loan account number | |||
I got a personal loan in kotak bank for 1000000 rupees including two balance transfer cheques to my past loan accounts. I returned the balance transfer cheques to bank and given my letter to reduce my emi. They were claimed to pay 22215. I have informed their representatives that bank only had spend 3, 71, 131 so my emi would be 7807 for five years tenure. And i gave them the screen shot from the month of april to july reference of imps transfer to their corporate account. They said fine. Later from another mobile numbers saying i have not paid my emi. And august month two of them or came to my hall and inquired how to i made the payments and i had clarified them everything also they got my compiled information of all the payments and related information about their related transactions. I send to the person kotak bank e-mail id also. In september they were messaging in whats app i have not made my emi payments for four month. It was a most worried conversation to their bank representatives. I cant explain everything here. I feel like to hear story from me always. Four times in the month of july2020. I really not understood their employees are collecting my transfer details and confirming me. Later their employees are speaking with me not made the emi. I am not given all my times to give entertain to their bank employees. Really i felt much worried. Email also written to the bank customer care with all the information on 14july2020. Nothing they did. Putting collection cheque and always call me for harassing. E - court not accepting this issue they only address bail related petitions. They informed in my form.
