Kotak Mahindra Bank — personal loan full loan amount not credited and applying interest rate on amount not credited.

1. I have applied for personal loan with kotak. I was told that am eligible for loan amount of 607311 and i will be credited the same.
But after that i haven’t received the full loan amount as promised, i have credited with rs 593987 which is less than rs 1103 after deducting charges of rs 7311.
I should have received the loan amount of rs 600000 after deducting charges. But i have not given the amount.
2. And they have applied the interest on the 607311 which i have not been given. Since i have not received the loan amount of rs 607311, why the interest only has been applied on the rs 607311.
It should have been applied on the loan amount which i was credited.
It is complete loss for me where still i yet to receive the loan amount rs 1103 and emi need to be reduced to 12912 for loan amount i have given.
I have sent many email on this. – there is no response from sales manager francis francisxavierraja. [protected]@kotak.com.

I have tried calling the representative who i engaged with me for this. But they are so irresponsible and in the mindset that they
They are keep avoiding the calls, not attending the calls. Even though person is available, they simply say they are not at work, but where i heard over the phone that they are talking each other, asking to say that person is not available.
Cheap behavior and not concerning about the customer is really worst.

I need the remaining loan amount to be paid to me and emi should be revised for the actual loan amount i have been credited.
