Kotak Mahindra Bank — please provide reason to deduct the charges for atm cw fee-dom | |||
Hello sir/madam, I am holding kotak mahindra account since 2018. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic There are total 6 times 23.60 has been deducted in last two days. 29/04/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23. 60 29/09/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23.60 29/04/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23. 60 29/04/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23.60 30/04/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23. 60 30/04/2019 chrg: atm cw fee-dom/ tbms -23.60 Since this is zero balance account and free atm/debit card that can be used to transact worldwide then why bank are deducting these charges. hi this is vamsi im holding an account in kotak mahindra bank since last year after completion of my kyc every month 23.60 rupees deducting amount in my account in this month total 25 times that amount has deducted so how can i get this refund or can u give the proper reason
