I requested to cancel my accidental policy which they assigned me without my concern. I called customer care on 5th july and requested for cancel the policy they told that request has been placed and you will get refund within 7-8 working days after compliting 8 working days i called again then they said because of technical issue you did not get refund and you need to wait 2 more days. that 2 days also passed but i did not get my refund they are saying it has been put on high priority but not telling when i will get refund.
please look into this matter.
