Kotak Mahindra Bank — poor response in kotak bank,

Here we are opened our current account on 25.8.17, and asking for bank guarantee request, till now they are not opened my bank guarantee, almost 30 days over, very worst response, very poor reply, dead slow response, i never ever get this much of poor bank activities, pls correct your bank first,

My crn no. Is[protected] praveen kumar dwivedi before 3 days I'm using kotek mahendra upi for menay transfer bus 1st transection feald then again try but both time transection failed and both time amount debit in my account one transection amount create ni frnsfarerd account
