Kotak Mahindra Bank — Poor service | |||
I visited the bank of whitefield branch on 4th july and then i was told the person who take care of operations has not come and i should come after lunch time then again i went on 5th july to submit a request for changing my signature but the person was so rude first he asked me about the signature proof and all and when i said that i am carrying all the proof then he said that server is down and come next week..
