In kotak mahindra bank Timber market bhavani peth branch, pos repairing charges of rs 1593 levied by bank on 30 march 2021 wich was not repaired and pos machine was reinstalled in August 2021 and rent for full year from sep 2021 to aug 2022 was charged on 25 sep 2021 rs 3540 when contacted to bank official Mr Rahul zelkar for reversal of charges he only consumed time and on 21 July 2022 he said Bank has changed policy no reversal will be granted
